How long in advance should I start thinking about my assignee's mobility?

There are several factors to consider: a non-EU assignee will need 5 - 6 months of immigration preparation before travelling to Belgium. An assignee bringing children will need ample time to research and reserve childcare, or schooling options.

Do you provide removal of household goods / moving services?

We ourselves are not movers, but we do work with trusted International partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

How do you support spouses and families during the transition?

It's well known that any new job / relocation success largely depends on the strength, happiness, and success of the family. We offer tailored family and spousal support packages upon request.

Are there English speaking schools in Belgium, or only ones offering the local language?

Public schools offer classes in the local languages: French and Dutch. English is offered in private schools, which exist in many large cities, but mostly around Brussels and Antwerp regions.
